ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025
MEMBERS are advised that the AGM of the Association will be held at 10am on Monday 28th July 2025 at Club York, 95 York St SYDNEY.
·Only financial MEMBERS are entitled to vote at this meeting.
·Only financial MEMBERS are entitled to stand for office at this meeting.
·Proxy votes (a limit of five complying proxies per financial MEMBER attending the meeting) may be exercised at this meeting. In order to comply, proxy votes must be signed, and the Secretary must be able to identify the proxy through detail recorded on the prescribed forms, as a financial MEMBER. The forms must be lodged with the Secretary 48 Hours prior to the meeting’s advertised starting time.
·Please note, that under current Rules, an ASSOCIATE is not a MEMBER for the purposes of voting.
