Just a short note with update re Friendship Week 2024, Foster/Tuncurry. At this time there are 62 booked in for the week.  Happy hours each afternoon from 5pm at a suitable location in the park.

On Sunday the 17 March there will be a lunch time bar b que, for all attending (Meet and Greet)  I have invited the Local Area Commander or one of his Representative to attend the luncheon. The local State Member has also been invited to attend.

Monday 18 March it is anticipated we travel to the Artisan Farmer in the heart of Nabiac where there is a cafe, butchers shop selling wagyu beef, deli products, a bakery, organic fruit, and veggies, and honey thanks to their busy bees.  Cattle are raised on the farm also.

Tuesday 19th is a day to do what you please in the area. [Manning Great Lakes Branch Special General Meeting to be advertised in next few days]

Wednesday the 20th I have booked a Free Spirit Cruise on the pristine waters of the Wallis Lake, where remarkable encounters with dolphins and a diverse array of bird species await.   It departs 11-30am with a two course luncheon provided and Bar facilities on board.   Returning around 2pm.

Thursday is again a free day with a free, sausage sizzle in the
afternoon at happy hours.

Friday the 22nd we will have organised a suitable venue for an evening meal and for discussions of a suitable venue for 2025.
