The Police Bank ‘Member Services’ team have been attempting to call Members requesting that they verify their identity (ID) details (that are out of date) on Police Bank records to help protect Member account(s).
This re-verification of Member ID details being up to date is an obligations of the Bank to continue operating and servicing Member account(s) under Federal Law (AML/CTF Act & Laws).
To complete this exercise, Police Bank will ask you some basic security questions they hold on record before proceeding.
Police Bank will never ask a Member to confirm, update or disclose personal, financial or banking information via email or text message.
