  • RFPA ID Number (please note: this is not your registered police number)
  • Email Address
  • Branch

Step 3: Receive Your Discount Code

Submit the completed form. A discount code will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Step 4: Redeem Your Discount with Qatar Airways

Once you have received your code:

  1. Enter the Qatar Airways booking URL provided below into your browser.
