Replacement RFPA Membership ID Card

Please note: This information applies only to Retired & Former Police Association (RFPA) Membership ID cards. It does not apply to Police Association of NSW ID cards.
If your RFPA Membership ID card has been lost, damaged, stolen, or if you hold an older RFPA card without your RFPA Member ID number, please complete the form below. A replacement card will be sent either to your postal address or to your nominated RFPA branch.
RFPA Membership ID cards are now issued only when you first join the RFPA. They are no longer re‑issued annually.
Replacement cards will be provided only in the following circumstances:

  • Lost card
  • Damaged card
  • Stolen card
  • Existing card without an RFPA Member ID number (e.g., “2345”)

A $5 postage fee may apply for replacement cards. This fee does not apply if you choose to collect your new card from your local RFPA branch.
Please note that your RFPA membership details will be confirmed.


This is NOT your Registered Number or your email address, but your RFPA Member ID which you can find on your RFPA Membership Card OR printed on the front of the envelope that contains your RFPA Gazette and which should look something like 4567.
Replacement RFPA ID cards will only be sent for LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED cards or, if your existing RFPA Membership card does Not have your RFPA Member ID printed on it. Replacement cards will normally be seent to your local branch where it can be picked up. This saves the RFPA postage costs which are considerable.
Production, handling and postage for each replacement card currently costs the RFPA up to $5. You can help us reduce expenses by nominating your local RFPA branch as the collection point for your new card. Thank you for your support.
