NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026
Members are advised that the 95th Annual General Meeting of the Retired and Former Police Association of New South Wales Inc. will be held at 11am on Monday 27 July 2026 at Club York, 95-97 York St SYDNEY.
- Only financial MEMBERS are entitled to vote at this meeting
- Only financial MEMBERS are entitled to stand for office at this meeting
- Proxy votes (a limit of five complying proxy votes per financial MEMBER in attendance at this meeting) may be exercised at the meeting. In order to comply, authorised proxy vote documents must be received by the Secretary 48 hours in advance of the AGM, be legible, and with the nominated absent voter also a financial member at the time of checking the nomination.
- Please note that under current Rules, an ASSOCIATE is not a MEMBER for the purposes of voting, but is welcome to attend and take part in the AGM.

- Up-to-Date Membership Draw to be conducted from commencement of the AGM

- (Vice President John CROCKETT) Proposed amendments to Constitution ‘Fit and Proper Person’ considerations
- (Proposers CROCKETT and LOVELL) Nominations for Life Membership two Members
- Declaration by returning Officer to be dated 20 July 2026
- Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members for 2026/7 operating period.
A light luncheon will be available in the Bistro following the AGM
