A number of you may have received the below email in relation to State
Super Pensions. With all of the spam emails out there these days we
always need to check something like this by going to the website and
phoning the number provided there.  I have done this by calling State
Super and confirmed that it is a genuine email and that you need to
click on the link in the email ‘Update my Spouse Details’ and it only
takes a few minutes.  I urge you to do this as many people who may have
previously listed your spouse before you started receiving your pension
may have moved locations, or changed email address, phone number etc. 
The eligible spouse is described in the email.  Regards Beth
