{"id":6165,"date":"2025-06-15T12:24:34","date_gmt":"2025-06-15T02:24:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.retiredpolice.com.au\/?p=6165"},"modified":"2025-06-15T17:26:19","modified_gmt":"2025-06-15T07:26:19","slug":"2025-rfpa-agm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.retiredpolice.com.au\/?p=6165","title":{"rendered":"2025 RFPA AGM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Formal Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at Club York, 97 York St Sydney commencing 10am on Monday 28 July 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MEMBERS are advised that the AGM of the Association will be held at 10am on Monday 28th July 2025 at Club York, 95 York St SYDNEY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7Only financial MEMBERS are entitled to vote at this meeting.<br>\u00b7Only financial MEMBERS are entitled to stand for office at this meeting.&nbsp;<br>\u00b7Proxy votes (a limit of five complying proxies per financial MEMBER attending the meeting) may be exercised at this meeting. In order to comply, proxy votes must be signed, and the Secretary must be able to identify the proxy through detail recorded on the prescribed forms, as a financial MEMBER.&nbsp; The forms must be lodged with the Secretary 48 Hours prior to the meeting\u2019s advertised starting time.<br>\u00b7Please note, that under current Rules, an ASSOCIATE is not a MEMBER for the purposes of voting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE AGENDA WILL BE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agenda and other details will be published here and on the RFPA Facebook page in due course.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Formal Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at Club York, 97 York St Sydney commencing 10am on Monday 28 July 2025.
