NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026<\/strong>

Members are advised that the 95th Annual General Meeting of the Retired and Former Police Association of New South Wales Inc. will be held at 11am on Monday 27 July 2026 at Club York, 95-97 York St SYDNEY.

\uf0b7 Only financial members are entitled to vote at this Annual General Meeting.
\uf0b7 Only financial members are entitled to stand for office at this meeting
\uf0b7 Proxy votes (a limit of five complying proxy votes per financial MEMBER\/ASSOCIATE in attendance at this meeting) may be exercised at the meeting. In order to comply, authorised proxy vote documents must be received by the Secretary 48 hours in advance of the AGM, be legible, and with the nominated absent voter also a financial member at the time of checking the nomination.

\uf0b7 N.B. No Associate Member shall be entitled to vote at any AGM of the Association on any resolution for the alteration, omissions, amendment or replacement of Part 4 of the Constitution, but is entitled to the same rights and privileges in all other respects as a full Member (i.e. voting on other issues.) Refer Constitution 4.7.
