Don Cameron and Associates is a personal injury firm with offices in Wodonga, Albury,
Liverpool, Dubbo and Byron Bay. We handle all forms of personal injury litigation and have a
significant number of police clients with both physical and psychiatric Injuries.

We can deal with personal injury claims from both New South Wales and Victoria and have
special expertise in dealing with cross-border problems.

Legal assistance<\/strong>
In particular we can assist members with workers\u2019 compensation, motor vehicle injury,
medical negligence claims, total and permanent disability and superannuation insurance
claims. We are also able to assist with civil liability claims where injuries arise from someone
else\u2019s negligence.

In Albury our firm is part of a chamber of lawyers called Adams Leyland Chambers. As well
as Don Cameron and Associates there is Keene & Little and Leanne Terlich who trade as
Regional Lawyers.

Leanne Terlich<\/strong>
Leanne Terlich has a property and commercial practice. She is also able to advise on estate
matters, prepare wills and enduring guardianship documents on very competitive terms.
Having all 3 firms in one convenient location in central Albury means that we can assist with
most of the legal problems and issues that arise in day-to-day life.

Experience<\/strong>
Don Cameron has 45 years\u2019 experience as a lawyer and in that time has had had experience
in dealing with most legal issues. We would be happy to offer one-hour free consultation with
Don so that members could discuss any legal issues that they may have.

Assistance<\/strong>
If we or other lawyers in our chambers were able to assist then Don would be able to
arrange to do so on competitive terms, which would involve where your member was liable
for the legal fees a reasonable discount on our normal charge out rates.

In personal injury cases we offer \u201cno win no fee\u201d costs agreement and there are many areas
of personal injury where there is either no costs, or no upfront costs to the client. All these
matters can be discussed without obligation so that an informed choice can be made before
engaging us or other members of Adams Leyland Chambers.

In addition, if there were other things that we could do such as providing talks on interesting
or useful legal issues at your functions or providing other assistance we would be happy to
discuss these opportunities.
