While some people remain sharp well into their 80s and 90s, others begin noticing changes earlier \u2014 and that\u2019s completely normal. Memory affects everyone differently, and simple habits like writing important dates and reminders in a diary or journal can make day\u2011to\u2011day life much easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To support our Members and Associates, the RFPA has prepared a new resource explaining <strong>why staying connected helps protect memory<\/strong>, especially for those with a shared policing background.
