It does <strong>not<\/strong> apply to Police Association of NSW ID cards.<br>If your RFPA Membership ID card has been <strong>lost<\/strong>, <strong>damaged<\/strong>, <strong>stolen<\/strong>, or if you hold an <strong>older RFPA card without your RFPA Member ID number<\/strong>, please complete the form below. A replacement card will be sent either to your postal address or to your nominated RFPA branch.<br>RFPA Membership ID cards are now issued <strong>only when you first join the RFPA<\/strong>. They are <strong>no longer re\u2011issued annually<\/strong>.<br>Replacement cards will be provided <strong>only<\/strong> in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lost card<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Damaged card<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stolen card<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Existing card without an RFPA Member ID number<\/strong> (e.g., \u201c2345\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>$5 postage fee<\/strong> may apply for replacement cards.
