 The President invited an independent to occupy the Chair as the Returning Officer,

and he declared all offices vacant.

The Returning Officer then invited the President to return to the Chair. The President thanked the members present for the confidence in electing the Committee of Management for the ensuing 12 months and invited those present to join him at the festive board on the 2^nd floor.
